Stephan J. Tull, Esquire is a Penn State University graduate and earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Steve previously worked in the property subrogation department at a large Philadelphia based firm, where he represented insurance carriers involving residential and commercial fire claims, water damage claims, storm damage claims, explosion claims, structural damage claims, etc. While attending high school and college, Steve obtained experience in the field of construction while working for a general contractor. These experiences give him a unique perspective and expertise in handling claims for home and business owners, particularly in assisting insureds understand their rights under their insurance policies.
While at Temple, Steve participated in the Trial Advocacy Program, where he earned the Trial Advocacy Certificate and the Outstanding Oral Advocacy Award.
Steve is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the State of Maryland.

Michael C. Cortese is a 2009 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.A. in History. Following graduation, Mike returned home and began a career as a high school history teacher and football coach at two different high schools in the Chicagoland area.
After Mike and his wife moved back to Philadelphia in June of 2017, Mike attended Widener University Delaware Law School beginning that fall and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in May of 2020. While in law school, Mike was an editor for the Widener Law Review and a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society. Mike achieved Dean’s List recognition in 2019. Mike also completed a semester long externship with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey in the fall of 2019, where he conducted research, wrote memos, and provided analysis/edits to vendor contracts with the Horizon Government Teams group (Medicare/Medicaid).
Prior to joining us, Mike handled worker's compensation and personal injury claims. Mike also has experience from prior firms, where he mainly did Plaintiff’s personal injury and insurance subrogation work. Upon graduating law school, Mike served as the judicial law clerk for the 2020-2021 term to the Honorable M. Susan Sheppard, Presiding Judge Family Part, for the Superior Court of Atlantic/Cape May County, New Jersey.
Mike is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Bill Burke is a 2015 graduate of the University of Scranton, where he earned a B.A. in History and was a member of the cross-country team. Following graduation, Bill worked for a popular running shoe store in Brooklyn, New York.
Bill earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2020. While at Temple, Bill participated in the Trial Advocacy Program. He also spent time as an intern for Scranton based firm as well as a legal intern for an environmental non-profit near Philadelphia.
Bill previously worked as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Mary Walsh Dempsy of the Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas.
Bill is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
